The stack that runs 5 companies without an IT team
One person, 5 companies
Preeda Group has 5 companies with a website of their own (SPMS, EST, PK Pro Klasse, SP Ban Carcare, CPK) and no separate IT department. I run all of the code myself, and the stack below does the work a team would otherwise do.
A customer
opens one of the company sites, or messages the shop on LINE.
The Cloudflare edge
every request lands on that zone's Worker first. Every short link runs through Dub, LINE messages arrive through the same Worker, and outbound mail goes through Resend.
One database
all 5 companies read and write one Postgres database on Supabase, separated by row-level security rather than by a database per company.
The internal hub
staff open one hub for their work. The hub's own code lives on Forgejo, on a rented machine we run ourselves; its screens are designed in Figma and its usage measured with PostHog.
Agents and automations
work that doesn't need a person waiting runs on the 71 automations in the automations registry. The agents that write code and read data in place of an IT department run on Claude, GPT and Gemini, reached through Composio.
